Time Coordinants
While not set in stone,
we are aiming for the year 2009. We wish to avoid conflicts with other major conventions, so we are at present
aiming for late January or early February.
Space Coordinants
Our choice of hotel will be determined by a great number of factors, but there are a few ranked highly among our priorities:
- Closeness to a major interstate/highway
- Accommodatiing space for events, operations, and merchants
- Adequate electric, and freedom from RF interference
- Possible broadband networking
- Possible in-house video channel(s)
- Compatibility of architechture to artistry (Modern vs. Rustic)
- Freedom for lighting and decorating
- Concessions and catering issues
- Ability to 'zone' room blocks
